What this tool does
Watermark PDF adds text — such as CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or BẢN SAO — or your own logo on top of your pages. Choose its size, opacity and angle (and the colour of text), place it in the centre or repeat it across the page, and apply it to all pages or only some. A live preview shows the result before you save.
Who it is for
Anyone who wants to mark a document as a draft, a copy or confidential before sharing it.
How to use it
- Add the PDF.
- Type your text or choose a logo, then set size, opacity, angle and pages.
- Press Add watermark and download the result.
About privacy
Adding the watermark happens entirely in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to a server.
Current limitations
Text is added as real text on top of the page content and a logo is added as an image; keep your original file, because PDFvie cannot remove a watermark afterwards. Text supports Latin letters including Vietnamese, digits and common punctuation — other scripts and emoji are not supported yet. A logo must be a PNG or JPG of up to 10 MB (PNG keeps its transparency). Encrypted PDFs are not supported yet. Current (temporary) limits: one file up to 100 MB.
Is this the right tool?
A good fit when

- You want to REMOVE an existing watermark
- The watermark text uses non-Latin scripts or emoji
- The PDF is password-protected (encrypted)
